When we are unable to know how to create our greater good, a loss of connection has occured somewhere within us.  In the past, we would seek advice from an elder in the community or important family member.  Counseling replaces a relationship that is no longer prevalent in today's fast-paced world, but allows for a flexible and confidential means of confronting issues that may be challenging our lives and/or relationships.

Because I have been providing counseling for over 27 years, what I can offer to my clients is a rich holistic  experience that can be tailored to the client's comfort.  From traditional therapy to a psychospiritual approach, I integrate into the therapeutic process the latest in research on attachent disorder and trauma/addiction, neurobiology, mindfulness, dialetical behavioral techniques, and somatic tracking.  Additionally for those who are interested, I offer energy work and vibrational healing.

I have used a combination of psychotherapy and vibrational medicine to help heterosexual and LGBTQIA individuals, couples and families address the following:
  • Anxiety, panic attacks
  • Communication impass w/family or partner
  • Sex and Love addiction/boundary issues
  • Eating disorders, managment
  • Anger problems, management
  • Emotional and/or intimacy problems
  • Life transitions - infidelity, separation, divorce
  • Trauma, sexual abuse, physical abuse
  • Grief and loss
  • Aimless, confused, disoriented, lonely
  • Highly sensitive, gifted, intuitive
  • Feeling of Otherness
  • Social Isolation
  • Life Coaching
Psychological disorders:
  • Anxiety disorder
  • Process Addictions
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Attachment disorder
  • Post-traumatic stress disorder
  • Disassociation
  • Narcissism
  • Borderline personality disorder
  • Passive-aggressive
  • Obsessive-compulsive
  • Autisim/Asperger's disorder

There came a time when the risk to remain tight in the bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.

What is . . .?

My holisitc approach that incorporates psychotherapy, pyschospirituality and energy work can be a dynamic mulitfaceted approach to provide true healing.  Once your emotional IQ or self-awareness is increased, doesn't it make sense that with integration, you become aligned so you can create new ways of being which enable you to reach your highest potential.

Using Vibrational healing, I can direct energy to work with clients to release blocks in their physical body that have been left by trauma as part of the therapeutic process.  When distress is felt for whatever reason, it means the energetics of your body have been disrupted.   When the energy has been disrupted for too long, this leads to disease in the body.  By incorporating energy work, clients have experienced a release and even healing from their physical symptoms. This does not replace medical advice.

Traditional therapy provides a framework for us to understand the workings of the ego using quantifiable models and structured roles for the therapist that we have come to be familiar with.  I utilize neurolistic programing, mindfulness techniques, dialetical behavioral theory, family systems theory, cognitive behavioral theory, attachment tools to name a few modalities.

As an Energy intuitive, for clients who are comfortable with energy work (very similar to reiki), I am able to shift the etheric template to expedite the healing process.   For instance, this has enabled many clients who are in a post traumatic disorder triggered state to be stabilized or "detriggered".  Influences from past-lives or negative entities inhibiting you that can result in extremely disruptive behavior including addiction or a sense of alienation can also be addressed.

Psychospiritual counseling blends Western psychology with the wisdom of world spiritual traditions. It has nothing to do with organized religion, instead it enables a gentle approach to self-inquiry, guiding clients to be more loving and less judgmental as they look deep into themselves and their role in this life.  Using this approach, I help clients hold uncomfortable feelings, grief, traumas and negative self-beliefs or judgments; in order to gain the tools necessary to look at obstacles as possibly an opportunity for spiritual growth or advancement in life.
